Molokai Tech Services LLC ("manaMOBILE," "we," "us") operates manamobile.net and provides mobile services including cellular plans and eSIM products.
When you interact with our phone support or website, we may collect:
Send-to-self handoff: If you ask us to send a plan to your phone via email or SMS, we use that email address or phone number once to send the link. The plaintext value is not retained beyond 7 days unless you become a customer (in which case it becomes part of your order record). We store a SHA-256 hash of the address for analytics and to match desktop→mobile purchases for advertising attribution.
mana Mobile sends SMS text messages only when you request them or consent to them, including one-time verification codes you request on our website or in your account, replies when you contact support, and signup links or account information you ask for during a call. We do not send unsolicited marketing texts. Message frequency varies and is limited to your requests. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out or HELP for assistance. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate our business (e.g., Twilio for phone/SMS, Stripe for payments, T-Mobile for network services).
We retain account information while your account is active. Call transcripts and support records are retained for quality assurance purposes.
